    Procedures

    Fall 2020

    Lewiston - Porter

     

    Boys & Girls Soccer:

    1. All Varsity and JV games will be held in either Blakeslee Stadium or Elia Stadium located behind the High School.
    2. All Coaches, Students, Support Staff, Referees, and Spectators must wear appropriate facemasks while in the parking lot, transitioning to and from an event, and while moving throughout the stadiums.
    3. With the exception of Media personnel or college recruiters, spectators must present their Niagara Frontier League Spectator Pass to gain entrance.
    4. All spectators must sit in the provided bleachers. Standing along the fences or moving throughout the stadium to watch the event is prohibited.
    5. Spectators must sit by family in the pre-marked areas of the bleachers. These areas are marked with Yellow tape. Once spectators are sitting, they may remove their face mask if they choose to. If at any time spectators need to move throughout the stadium, they must re-apply their mask prior to getting up.
    6. The white building has bathrooms open for usage.

     

    Girls Tennis:

    1. All Varsity Girls Tennis matches will take place at the High School Courts located behind the High School.
    2. All Coaches, Students, Support Staff, and Spectators must wear appropriate facemasks while in the parking lot, transitioning to and from an event, and while moving throughout the court area.
    3. Only the coaching staff and students are allowed into the tennis court area at any time.
    4. All spectators must sit a minimum of 6 feet of distance from any other family outside of the court area.
    5. Spectators should plan to bring folding chairs to sit during the match.
    6. Once sitting socially distant from other families, spectators can remove their masks if they choose to. If at any time spectators need to move throughout the area, they must re-apply their mask prior to getting up.
    7. There are bathrooms available located in Blakeslee Stadium in the white building. The stadium is located next to the tennis courts.

    Cross Country:

    1. All meets will take place at the Gary Raby Sr. Course, which is located behind the Middle School. 
    2. All attending the event should park in the front parking lot of the Middle School and walk to the back by the playground and batting cage area.
    3. All Coaches, Students, Support Staff, and Spectators must wear appropriate facemasks while in the parking lot, transitioning to and from an event, and while moving throughout the course area.
    4. Spectators will need to enter into the Varsity Baseball outfield area to view the event. A supervisor will be checking for N.F.L. issued passes.
    5. While in the Baseball outfield, spectators must maintain a social distance of at least 6 feet between each family at all times.
    6. The event is for immediate family spectating only. No general population of students or community members should attend the event.
    7. There are port-a-john’s located by the course, as well as permanent bathrooms located further away inside Blakeslee Stadium for usage.




    Niagara Wheatfield

     

    THE WILLIAM ROSS ATHLETIC COMPLEX- (NEW)

    *While in movement (walking around the William Ross Athletic Complex) a mask must be worn by everyone. Once you are seated you may remove your mask.

    *All spectators MUST park in the front parking lot of the Middle and High School.  Spectators will enter the Athletic Complex under the glass walkway between the High School and Middle School and go directly to the front gate of Terry Harvey Field

    *Handicapped and bus parking will be available by the tennis courts next to the new turf facility.

    *Concession stands will not be available

    *The restrooms at the Terry Harvey Field Complex will be available.  Please keep six feet of social distancing.

    *Please maintain 6ft of social distancing AT ALL TIMES and avoid crowding.

    *Only 2 spectators per player.

    * Each athlete will receive 2 NFL passes. They must be with you at all times- especially at away contests.

     

    *Only players, officials and coaches allowed on the field. 

     

    *Please practice appropriate hand washing and hand sanitizing while at the Complex.

     

    *There are hand sanitizing stations throughout the new turf facility.








    Charter School for 

    Applied Technologies

     

    Boys and Girls JV/Varsity Soccer

    Transportation and Parking

    • Home and visiting team transportation will drop off, pick up, and/or park in specified areas related to the use of Town of Tonawanda’s Expressway Field #1 and Expressway Field #2.
      • Expressway Field #1: Varsity–625 Ensminger Road, Tonawanda, 14150
      • Expressway Field #2: JV–Two Mile Creek Road(between 290 underpass and Ensminger Road.)
    • Spectators will park in above mentioned areas related to the use of Expressway Field #1 and Expressway Field #2.

    Social Distancing for Spectators

    • CSAT Supervisors will enforce the Niagara Frontier League’s use of spectator passes, having no more than two spectators per player.
    • Spectators must maintain six feet of physical distance between individuals and/or household units.
    • Spectators will wear face coverings in all common areas. Once spectators are seated, they may remove their face coverings.

    Additional Information

    • Bathroom facilities are available for athletes and coaching staff only.





    NIAGARA FALLS

    Per NYSDOH - Each athlete will be allowed two spectators per contest.

    •  In collaboration with the NFL, all member schools will distribute spectator passes at the beginning of the season. Each athlete will receive two passes with the instructions that they are to be shown at each venue whenever attending a contest.
    •  The approved supervisor of spectators, the Athletic Director and/or other school officials will be responsible for verifying the spectators are within their rights to be in attendance.
    • Spectators must maintain six feet of physical distance between individuals and/or family/household units at all times and all spectators must wear face coverings when they are in common areas and situations where six feet of distancing is not able to be maintained.
    • Spectators are restricted from direct competition areas and from visiting with student-athletes and personnel before, during, and after events. They will not congregate common traffic areas.
    • Restrooms at the Field House Complex will be available for all contests.  Masks and six feet of social distance is mandatory inside the Field House.





    Lockport

    All Spectators ‐

    Limit of 2 spectators per player and must have a Niagara Frontier League Spectator Athletic Pass for entrance to the game.

    Masks must be worn at all times unless seated

    No standing around fence – should be seated in stands or along seating wall

    Opposing Team ‐

    Upon arrival the coach and team should check in with the opposing coach.

    Make sure all players have been screened and temp checked before proceeding to the field.

    After clearance, proceed to marked opposing benches, all benches will be marked with 6 feet markers.

    Locker Rooms ‐There will be no locker rooms available – all players will need to come dressed ready to play.

    Upon completion of the game everyone must proceed directly to their vehicle – no gatherings will be allowed.

    Bathroom ‐ Only bathrooms open for use are inside LHS Athletic Foyer ‐ Door 7.






    Grand Island

    Boys & Girls Soccer

    1. All Varsity & JV games will be held at the football stadium H. David Myers Athletic Complex.
    2. Everyone must wear appropriate facemasks while entering, exiting, and or moving throughout the stadium.
    3. All spectators must present a Niagara Frontier League yellow pass to gain entrance.
    4. All spectators will sit in the Home bleachers designated by “Home” or “Visiting” team.      Standing along the fence must abide by social distancing rules.
    5. We have a Trailer on site with restroom facilities available.

    Girls Tennis

    1. Varsity Girls Tennis matches will take place at the High School courts.  Take driveway #5.
    2. Everyone must wear appropriate facemasks when entering the tennis court area.
    3. All spectators must sit a minimum of 6 feet apart during the match, then can remove masks once they have reached their individual space.
    4. Only the coaching staff and students are allowed into the fenced area.
    5. Bathrooms are available in the school directed by the GI coach. 

    G&B Cross Country

    1. All GI Home meets will take place at Veterans Park,1715 Bedell Road(by the library).
    2. Several parking lots are available.
    3. Everyone attending must wear appropriate facemasks throughout the course area unless more than 6 feet apart.
    4. Please respect social distancing is required by all spectators along the finish line.
    5. There are restrooms located at the complex for your convenience.
    6. Niagara Frontier League yellow passes required for admittance.

     

    North Tonawanda

    Soccer- NT stadium

    • Per NYSDOH - Each athlete will be allowed, two spectators per contest.
    • In collaboration with the NFL, all member schools will distribute spectator passes at the beginning of the season. Each athlete will receive 2 passes which will be required to be shown at the gate prior to entering a contest. Each site will have the responsibility of ensuring that spectators have their passes.
    •         Spectators will be required to sit in bleachers (6 feet apart from other families). No standing around the fence will be allowed to ensure proper social distancing.
    •         Mask must be worn when you are not seated in the bleachers.
    • The approved supervisor of spectators, the Athletic Director and/or other school officials will be responsible for verifying the spectators are within their rights to be in attendance.
    • Spectators will not be allowed to watch practices. Only essential personnel should be permitted on the practice/competition site as authorized.
    • Please follow appropriate traffic flow designated by enter and exit signs for the facility.

     Tennis- Taber Courts

    • Spectators are encouraged to bring their own chairs for matches to ensure proper social distancing.

     

    KENMORE EAST

    Junior Varsity Boys Soccer, Varsity Field Hockey-behind Kenmore East

    *Supervisors will stop cars entering the school lots and will ask to see NFL passes

    *Please do not attend if you are showing any symptoms of an illness.

    *All spectators MUST park in one of two parking lots to the side or behind the high school.  Access can either be off of Brighton Road or Fries Road. 

    *Handicapped and bus parking will be available adjacent to the building.

    *Bleachers will NOT be provided. 

    *Concession stands will not be available

    *Restrooms will be made available inside Door #22.  We will limit access to no more than two people at a time.  Masks must be worn with 6’ of clearance.

    *Masks must be worn from the lots to the sideline.  Once the spectator takes a position on the sideline, and assuming there is no other non-family member with 6’, masks may be taken off. Once the spectator walks back to the car, to the restroom or down the sideline to talk to someone, masks are back on.

    *Only 2 spectators per player. Each athlete will receive 2 NFL passes. They must be with you at all times; Home & Away.

    *Only players, officials and coaches allowed on the field. 




    ADAMS FIELD 

     

    Tennis

     

    *Enter Lincoln Park by driving south on Parker Blvd, beyond the stadium and water tower.  Turn left into the park near the courts. 

     

    *Please do not attend if you are showing any symptoms of an illness.

     

    *Bleachers are not available.

     

    *Sit in chairs or stand with masks on with 6’ of separation from the next spectator.

     

    Soccer and Field Hockey 

     

    *Only the Main Gate off of Parker Blvd and the southeastern gate near Lincoln Park will be open.

    *Buses must unload at the southeastern gate near Lincoln Park and proceed to Franklin Elem/MS for parking.

    *Please do not attend if you are showing any symptoms of an illness.

    *All spectators MUST park on a side street or behind the Franklin Elem/MS complex.

    *Limited Handicapped parking will be available entering the Parker Gate.

    *Concession stands will not be available

    *Restrooms will be made available.  We will limit access to no more than two people at a time.  Masks must be worn within 6’ of the next spectator.

    *Masks must be worn from the lots to the sideline.  Once the spectator takes a position in the stadium seating, and assuming there is no other non-family member within 6’, masks may be taken off. Once the spectator walks back to the car, to the restroom or down the sideline to talk to someone, masks are back on.

    *Only 2 spectators per player. Each athlete will receive 2 NFL passes. They must be with you at all times; Home & Away.

     

    KENMORE WEST 

    Tennis

     

    *Use the lot located at the front of the school on Highland.  It is next to the courts. If that lot is full, enter the school lot off of Delaware Road.

     

    *Visitors will be asked to show their NFL passes.

     

    *Please do not attend if you are showing any symptoms of an illness.

     

    *Bleachers are not available.

     

    *Restrooms are located in the foyer entry in the gymnasium.  We will limit access to no more than two people at a time.  Masks must be worn with 6’ of clearance.

     

    *Sit in chairs or stand with masks on with 6’ of separation from the next spectator.

     

    Soccer

     

    *Use the lot located at the back of the school off of Delaware Road.

    *Supervisors will stop cars entering the school lots and will ask to see NFL passes

    *All visitors will be asked to show their NFL passes.

     

    *Please do not attend if you are showing any symptoms of an illness.

     

    *Bleachers are not available.

     

    *Restrooms are located in the foyer entry in the gymnasium.  We will limit access to no more than two people at a time.  Masks must be worn with 6’ of clearance.

    *Masks must be worn from the lots to the sideline.  Once the spectator takes a position on the sideline, and assuming there is no other non-family member with 6’, masks may be taken off. Once the spectator walks back to the car, to the restroom or down the sideline to talk to someone, masks are back on.

    Crosby Field-Soccer

    *Only the Main Gate off of Crosby Blvd and the gate located behind Kenmore MS will be open.

    *Buses must unload athletes near the Crosby Blvd gate and proceed to park behind Kenmore MS.

    *Please do not attend if you are showing any symptoms of an illness.

    *Limited Handicapped parking will be available entering the Crosby Gate.

    *Concession stands will not be available

    *Restrooms will be made available.  We will limit access to no more than two people at a time.  Masks must be worn within 6’ of the next spectator.

    *Masks must be worn from the lots to the stadium seating.  Once the spectator takes a position in the stadium, and assuming there is no other non-family member within 6’, masks may be taken off. Once the spectator walks back to the car, to the restroom or down the sideline to talk to someone, masks are back on.
