WNYRIC Technology Service Desk

  • Four ways to submit a ticket:
    1. Email: servicedesk@e1b.org
    2. Call the Service Desk: 
    Phone:

    On Campus Ext: 3650 option 2
    7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
    4:30 PM - 5:00 AM (emergencies only)
    3. Live Chat with the Service Desk 
    4. Login to ServiceNow: WNYRIC ServiceNow 
    Use your school account, starting with 4050. (Username Example: 4050jdoe01)
    The password is the same one that you use to login to your email or a district computer. 

    Employee Self Service Password Reset - Email/School Account
    Prior to forgetting your email/school account password, you must login to the Self Service Center and set up forgotten password qustions.

    Tickets - Is your location incorrect or missing? Update your building and room number:
    Email the Service Desk or login into ServiceNow, click on My Profile under Self Service and update your information.
